Ingredients
- 1 lb sushi-grade tuna, diced

- 8 small corn tortillas

- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced tuna, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey. Mix well and set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise and wasabi paste to make the wasabi aioli. Set aside.
