Ingredients
- 2 cups of sushi rice, cooked
- 1/2 pound of sushi-grade raw salmon, cubed
- 1/2 pound of sushi-grade raw tuna, cubed
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1/4 cup of pickled ginger
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons of nori seaweed, shredded
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of wasabi paste
- 1 teaspoon of sriracha sauce
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the rice vinegar with the cooked sushi rice.
- Divide the seasoned sushi rice between two serving bowls.
- Arrange the cubed salmon, cubed tuna, sliced avocado, and julienned cucumber on top of the rice in each bowl.
