  • In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs and mix in 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano, and 1/4 teaspoon of dried basil.
