Spicy Gochujang Chicken Lettuce Wraps have a rich history rooted in Korean cuisine. Gochujang, a fermented chili paste, adds a fiery kick to the dish, while the lettuce wraps provide a refreshing crunch. This dish has gained popularity in recent years, thanks to its bold flavors and healthy appeal. Chefs like David Chang have helped popularize it in the West, and it's now a staple in many Korean restaurants worldwide. The key to perfecting this dish lies in balancing the heat of the gochujang with the sweetness of honey and the tang of rice vinegar.
