Ingredients
- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Thread the peeled and deveined shrimp onto the soaked wooden skewers, about 4-5 shrimp per skewer.
- Brush the honey sriracha mixture onto the shrimp skewers, coating them evenly on both sides.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove the shrimp skewers from the grill and place them on a serving platter. Drizzle any remaining honey sriracha mixture over the top.
