- Return the skillet to medium heat and carefully transfer one quesadilla to the skillet. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes more.
- Repeat with the second quesadilla.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing each quesadilla into wedges.
