Ingredients
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 4 cups chicken broth

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Place a small amount of the pork mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, then fold the wonton in half to create a triangle. Press the edges to seal.
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Carefully add the wontons and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
- Reduce the heat to a simmer and gently stir in the green onions.
- Slowly pour the beaten eggs into the simmering broth while stirring constantly to create egg ribbons.
