  • In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and continue to simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the cooked chicken and whole wheat fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
