Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and crumbled
- 2 cups of fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet and sprinkle with turmeric and garlic powder. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes, or until the spinach is wilted and the tofu is heated through.
- Sprinkle the nutritional yeast over the tofu and spinach mixture, and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
