  • 8 oz of fettuccine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

  • In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the asparagus and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until tender-crisp. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.
  • Reduce the heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  • Add the cooked chicken and fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the creamy garlic parmesan sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat everything through.
  • Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
