Ingredients
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz calamari rings
- 8 oz mussels, cleaned and debearded
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp and calamari rings to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tbsp of olive oil and sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute.
- Add the mussels to the skillet and sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the mussels have opened.
- Return the shrimp and calamari to the skillet and toss everything together. Squeeze half of the lemon over the seafood and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Toss to combine.
- Arrange the seafood mixture on a serving platter and garnish with the remaining lemon slices.
- Serve the seafood tapas with toasted baguette slices and enjoy!
