  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 baguette, sliced and toasted

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the shrimp and calamari rings to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tbsp of olive oil and sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add the mussels to the skillet and sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the mussels have opened.
  • Return the shrimp and calamari to the skillet and toss everything together. Squeeze half of the lemon over the seafood and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Toss to combine.
  • Arrange the seafood mixture on a serving platter and garnish with the remaining lemon slices.
  • Serve the seafood tapas with toasted baguette slices and enjoy!
