Tapas Sampler

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 pound chorizo sausage, sliced
- 1/2 pound Manchego cheese, cubed
- 1/2 pound Spanish olives
- 1/2 pound patatas bravas (fried potatoes)
- 1/2 pound gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp)
- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
- Heat the remaining 1/4 cup of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced chorizo and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the garlic shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Arrange the cubed Manchego cheese, Spanish olives, patatas bravas, cooked chorizo, and garlic shrimp on a large serving platter.
- Drizzle the prepared olive oil mixture over the cheese, olives, and potatoes.
- Serve the tapas sampler with the toasted baguette slices and enjoy!
