Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 individual bags of corn chips
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook 1 lb of ground beef until browned and crumbled.
- Stir in 1 packet of taco seasoning and cook according to the package instructions.
- Open 4 individual bags of corn chips and carefully crush the chips inside the bag.
- Divide the seasoned ground beef evenly among the 4 bags of crushed chips.
