Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel and remove any loose skins.
- In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and salt to taste.
- Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, until the chickpeas are crispy and golden brown.
