  • 8 ounces spaghetti or linguine
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the shrimp onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with lemon juice and the remaining parsley.
  • While the shrimp is grilling, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
