Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs of chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
