Ingredients
- 4 oz Manchego cheese, sliced
- 4 oz Cabrales cheese, crumbled
- 4 oz Mahon cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup Marcona almonds
- 1/2 cup Spanish olives
- 1/4 cup quince paste
- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Arrange the sliced Manchego, crumbled Cabrales, and cubed Mahon cheese on a serving platter.
- Place the Marcona almonds and Spanish olives in small bowls and add them to the platter.
- Slice the baguette and toast the slices until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix the extra virgin olive oil, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper to create a dipping sauce for the bread.
- Arrange the quince paste on the platter alongside the cheeses and other accompaniments.
