  • In a separate bowl, whisk together 4 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the pie crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the crust is golden brown.
