- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp kelp powder
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple chunks, 1/2 cup of fresh spinach, 2 tbsp of kelp powder, 2 tbsp of chia seeds, and 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder.
- If desired, add 1/2 tsp of honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
