  • Pour in 6 cups of beef broth, 1 can of diced tomatoes, and 2 tbsp of tomato paste. Season with 1 tsp of paprika, 1/2 tsp of dried thyme, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes, or until the rice and cabbage are tender.
