Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons truffle oil
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12x8 inch rectangle.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the truffle oil over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms with salt and pepper over medium heat for 5 minutes, or until softened.
- Spread the sautéed mushrooms evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Slice the flatbread and serve hot. Enjoy!
