Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12x8 inch rectangle.
  • Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the truffle oil over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  • In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms with salt and pepper over medium heat for 5 minutes, or until softened.
  • Spread the sautéed mushrooms evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
