Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp matcha green tea powder
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1 ripe banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine 1 1/2 tsp of matcha green tea powder and 1 1/2 cups of almond milk. Blend until the matcha powder is fully dissolved.
- Add 1 ripe frozen banana, 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup, and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add 1 cup of ice cubes to the blender and blend until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
