  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 8 tostada shells

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, diced avocados, chopped red onion, chopped jalapeno, chopped cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and set aside.
  • Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, chili powder, and cumin. Toss the shrimp in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
  • Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque.
  • To assemble the tostadas, spread a generous amount of the mango & avocado salsa onto each tostada shell. Top with grilled shrimp.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
