  • Add 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder to the cooked ground beef. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
  • Sprinkle the seasoned ground beef evenly over the tortilla chips.
  • Top with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
