Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups of cottage cheese, 1 cup of sour cream, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Add the cooked egg noodles to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the noodle mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs and 2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the kugel.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the kugel is set.
  • Allow the kugel to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
