Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Slice the croissants in half lengthwise, but do not separate the halves completely.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard and mayonnaise.
  • Spread the Dijon-mayo mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.
  • Layer 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  • Sprinkle the chopped fresh herbs over the cheese.
  • Close the croissants and brush the tops with melted butter.
  • Place the croissants on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden brown.
