Grilled Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 4 tuna steaks, about 6 ounces each
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Brush tuna steaks with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill tuna steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to desired doneness. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and fresh parsley.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
- Slice the grilled tuna steaks and arrange on top of the salad.
- Drizzle the lemon dressing over the salad and tuna steaks.
- Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
