Ingredients
- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced

- 1 cup of quinoa
- 2 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested

Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together 3 tablespoons of melted butter, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
