Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken gizzards
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine 1 cup of teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Add the chicken gizzards to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken gizzards from the marinade and season with salt and pepper.
