Ingredients
- 1 pre-made flatbread crust
- 6-8 fresh figs, sliced
- 4-6 slices of prosciutto
- 4 oz. of goat cheese
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of balsamic glaze
- 1/4 cup of arugula
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the pre-made flatbread crust on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over the flatbread and spread it evenly with a brush.
- Evenly distribute the sliced figs and prosciutto on top of the flatbread.
- Crumble the goat cheese over the figs and prosciutto.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle 2 tbsp of honey over the flatbread.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle 1 tbsp of balsamic glaze over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of arugula over the top for a fresh finish.
- Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
