  • 1 tbsp of balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 cup of arugula
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the pre-made flatbread crust on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over the flatbread and spread it evenly with a brush.
  • Evenly distribute the sliced figs and prosciutto on top of the flatbread.
  • Crumble the goat cheese over the figs and prosciutto.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle 2 tbsp of honey over the flatbread.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and drizzle 1 tbsp of balsamic glaze over the flatbread.
  • Sprinkle 1/4 cup of arugula over the top for a fresh finish.
  • Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
