  • Stir in 1/2 cup of melted butter and 1/2 cup of milk until a soft dough forms.
  • Fold in 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  • Transfer the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and press it into a 10x12 inch rectangle.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and starting to brown.
