  • Add 1 cup of sliced shiitake mushrooms, 1 cup of sliced carrots, 1 cup of chopped bok choy, 1/2 cup of sliced green onions, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of sriracha sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of beetroot powder to the pot.
  • Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • Add 2 cups of cooked noodles to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
