  • In a shallow dish, mix together 1/2 cup of flour, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Coat each chicken tender in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  • In a large skillet, heat enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom of the pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the coated chicken tenders to the hot oil and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Stir in 1/2 cup of hot sauce and 1/4 cup of honey. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the glaze has thickened slightly.
