Created by: Howcan Team
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, mix together 1/2 cup of flour, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Coat each chicken tender in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- In a large skillet, heat enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom of the pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the coated chicken tenders to the hot oil and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Stir in 1/2 cup of hot sauce and 1/4 cup of honey. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the glaze has thickened slightly.
- Remove the chicken tenders from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
- Brush the spicy honey glaze over the cooked chicken tenders, coating them evenly.
- Serve the buffalo chicken tenders with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
