  • Add 4 cloves of minced garlic to the pot and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in 1/2 cup of dry white wine and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the cleaned clams to the pot and cover with a lid. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the clams have opened.
  • Discard any clams that do not open.
