The history of Chicken Shish Kebab dates back to the Middle East, where skilled chefs marinated chunks of chicken in a blend of spices and yogurt before skewering and grilling them to perfection. This traditional dish has since spread worldwide, becoming a beloved staple in Turkish, Greek, and Middle Eastern cuisine. Renowned for its tender, flavorful meat and aromatic spices, Chicken Shish Kebab is often served with pita bread, rice, and a variety of fresh salads. For the best version of this dish, seek out authentic Middle Eastern restaurants or street vendors known for their mastery of grilling techniques and use of high-quality ingredients.
