  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  • In a large pot, bring 8 cups of water to a boil.
  • Add the chicken feet to the boiling water and blanch for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse the chicken feet under cold water.
  • In the same pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and sliced ginger. Cook until fragrant.
  • Return the blanched chicken feet to the pot. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Pour in enough water to cover the chicken feet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1.5 hours, or until the chicken feet are tender.
  • Once the chicken feet are tender, add the chopped green onions and sesame oil. Stir well and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot and enjoy!
