- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 30 round dumpling wrappers
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 pound of ground chicken, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, 2 finely chopped green onions, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Place a small spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold the dumplings in half, and press the edges to seal.
- Heat 1/4 cup of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the dumplings in a single layer and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully add 1/2 cup of water to the skillet and cover immediately. Steam the dumplings for 6-8 minutes or until the filling is cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of chili garlic sauce to make the dipping sauce.
