Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard, the juice and zest of 2 lemons, 4 cloves minced garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, and 1 teaspoon paprika.
  • Place the chicken leg quarters in a roasting pan and brush the honey mustard glaze all over the chicken, making sure to coat both sides.
