Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked
- 1 1/2 cups of chopped broccoli
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges.
- Spread the chopped broccoli and shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 4 large eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and cheddar in the pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
