The dish is then garnished with crunchy sev (fried chickpea noodles) and fresh cilantro. The combination of flavors and textures creates a burst of deliciousness in every bite. Bhel Puri is a staple at beachside stalls and food carts across India, especially in Mumbai and Gujarat. It's a must-try for anyone visiting these regions. For the best Bhel Puri experience, head to the bustling streets of Mumbai or visit renowned chaat restaurants in Gujarat. The key to a perfect Bhel Puri lies in the balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors, along with the freshness of the ingredients. Some chefs also add a creative twist by incorporating ingredients like raw mango, pomegranate seeds, or even crispy puris for added crunch.
