The key to a perfect Bhel Puri lies in the balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors, along with the freshness of the ingredients. Some chefs also add a creative twist by incorporating ingredients like raw mango, pomegranate seeds, or even crispy puris for added crunch.
