- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning

- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook 1 lb of ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add 1 small diced onion, 1 diced bell pepper, and 2 minced cloves of garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in 1 tbsp of taco seasoning and 1/2 cup of salsa. Simmer for 5 minutes.
