  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a dry rub.
  • Rub the dry rub all over the beef brisket, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  • Place the beef brisket in a roasting pan and pour the beef broth around it.
  • Cover the roasting pan with foil and roast in the preheated oven for 3.5 to 4 hours, or until the brisket is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
  • Remove the brisket from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before shredding it with two forks.
  • While the brisket is resting, spread the tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the tortilla chips.
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and evenly distribute the shredded beef brisket over the melted cheese and chips.
  • Top the nachos with diced tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, and chopped cilantro.
