Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook 1 pound of ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add 1/2 cup diced onion and 1/2 cup diced bell pepper to the skillet with the ground beef. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
  • Stir in 1 can of refried beans, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
