Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of ice cubes
Instructions
- Peel and slice the ripe bananas.
- In a blender, combine the sliced bananas, 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Add 1/2 cup of ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the banana smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
