Ingredients
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup of lime juice
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
- 1/2 cup of cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of cilantro, chopped
- 2-3 serrano chilies, thinly sliced
- Salt to taste
- Tostadas or tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 1 pound of shrimp with 1 cup of lime juice and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, remove the shrimp from the lime juice and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup of orange juice with a pinch of salt.
- Add the sliced cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and serrano chilies to the orange juice mixture.
