Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the chopped lemongrass, minced garlic, chopped onion, and sliced red chili.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the lemongrass mixture to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the tofu cubes to the pan and gently stir to coat them with the lemongrass mixture.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and sprinkle with sugar. Season with salt to taste.
  • Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is heated through and slightly golden.
