Ingredients
- 2 packs of frozen acai puree (100g each)
- 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup
- Toppings: granola, sliced banana, berries, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and honey
Instructions
- Run the frozen acai packs under warm water for 5-10 seconds to slightly thaw.
- In a blender, combine the thawed acai, frozen mixed berries, ripe banana, almond milk, and honey or agave syrup.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Pour the acai mixture into bowls.
- Top with granola, sliced banana, berries, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and a drizzle of honey.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
