Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
- 2 cups of marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add 2 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the spiralized zucchini noodles to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender but still slightly crisp.
- Pour 2 cups of marinara sauce over the zucchini noodles and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the marinara is heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the zucchini noodles and marinara into 4 serving bowls.
- Top each bowl with 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese.
