Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 1 cup of sliced carrots
- 1 cup of snap peas
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced onion and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add the bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and snap peas to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the empty space.
- Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables.
- Stir everything together and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the vegetables are evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve the vegetable stir fry hot, over steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy!
