- 1/4 cup of chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of cooked and shredded chicken breast, 1/2 cup of diced pineapple, 1/2 cup of diced mango, 1/4 cup of chopped red onion, 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro, 1/4 cup of chopped red bell pepper, and 1/4 cup of chopped green bell pepper.
